Delay values are used by Events and Page events and are specified by combining a text value with a selected unit in the adjacent drop-down list. The following tokens are defined. Invalid values will be displayed in red.
| Token | Meaning |
| Whole numbers | Single numeric values represent an amount of the selected units, such as "4 ticks" or "10 seconds". |
| Fractional numbers | Fractions can be specified as "1.5", "3/4" or even "1.5/4". Fractional values are allowed for all units except samples. |
| Random integer values | Random whole numbers can be generated by using the minus symbol eg. "1-4" will produce a delay of one, two, three or four units. You can combine this with fractions too eg. "1-4/4" will give one, two, three or four quarters of a unit. |
| Random fractional values | Random fractional numbers can be generated by using the tilde symbol eg. "1~4" will produce values such as "2.37". Actually it's more like "2.3738290918982089211" but you get the idea. You can combine this with fractions too eg. "1~4/4". |
